Your data, plainly explained
VULTUSHELP is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no ad networks, and no analytics trackers. This page lists everything we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over it.
What we collect when you contact us
When you submit a request, we store:
Your name and email address. We verify the email with a confirmation code before your request is accepted, so replies go to an inbox you control.
Your message. The subject, description, category, and your answers to any extra questions the form asks for that category.
Files you attach. Screenshots, logs, or documents you choose to add to a request.
A salted hash of your IP address and browser signature. Used only for rate limiting and abuse control. A hash is one-way: it cannot be turned back into your IP address. We never store the raw IP.
What we never do
No advertising and no third-party analytics trackers. Nothing on this site follows you around the web.
We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, not for anything.
We do not publish your requests. What you send us stays between you and our team.
Cookies we use
This site sets only functional cookies. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Language
Remembers the language you picked so the site opens in it next time.
My requests sign-in
Optional. Set only if you choose "Keep me signed in" on the My requests page. It holds your secure access link so your requests open without an email.
Form security
Protects every form you submit against cross-site request forgery.
Staff sign-in
Set only when a team member signs in to the admin console. Staff sign-in also uses short-lived security cookies that are never set for visitors.
Protected by VT Moderation Systems.
How tracking links work
Every request gets a reference code and a private tracking link. The link is the key: only people who have it can open the request and its conversation.
We email the link to you, and it is never published or listed anywhere. Keep it private. Anyone you share it with can read the request.
AI assistance
AI help you request is optional. When enabled, new support requests may also be automatically organized by priority and topic, then routed to appropriate staff.
We do not store AI prompt text, embeddings, or generated answers in a shared or persistent AI cache. Help searches that return no result may store a shortened search phrase for up to 90 days to improve our guides.
Public AI help is optional and requires your action. Do not enter passwords, private access links, or other secrets. Text from the support form becomes a ticket only when you submit the form.
Read-aloud is optional and works only with published help guides.
We send transactional email only: confirmation codes, updates about your requests, and secure links you ask for. There is no marketing list and no newsletter.
Every request update includes an unsubscribe link, and mail providers can unsubscribe you in one click.
You can also mute email for a single request from its tracking page. The request stays open; the emails stop.
Your rights and controls
These controls are free and available without an account:
See your requests. Open any request with its tracking link, or get a secure link to all of them from the My requests page.
Download your data. Download a copy of the information connected to your verified email from the My requests page.
Correct or delete your data. Submit a deletion request from the My requests page. A team member reviews and carries out every request - including attachments and stored files.
Questions about privacy?
Send us a request and we'll answer it like any other - you can see exactly how that works on this very page.
