Step 1: Open the Login Page
From the home page, click the Log in button in the top-right navigation bar.
Step 2: Enter Your Zeus Portal Email or Username
On the Sign in to Zeus Portal page:
- Enter your email address or username
- Click Continue
Step 3: Start the Password Recovery Flow
On the Enter your password screen, click Forgot password?
Step 4: Choose Password Reset
On the Forgot Password? screen, click Reset your password.
Step 5: Enter the Reset Code
A reset password code will be sent to your email address.
- Open the email
- Copy the code shown in the message
- Return to the Reset password page
- Enter the code in the six boxes
- Click Continue
If the code does not arrive, click Resend.
Step 6: Set a New Password
On the Set new password page:
- Enter your new password
- Enter the same password again in Confirm password
- Optionally leave Sign out of all other devices checked if you want to end other active sessions
- Click Reset Password
The form will confirm when the password meets the required rules and when both passwords match.
Step 7: Sign In with Your New Password
After the password is reset, return to the login flow and sign in using your updated password.
