Vultus Help is the support hub for Temple of Zeus sites and platforms. Use it to report a problem, ask for account help, report abuse or a safety concern, make a complaint, share feedback, and follow every response in one place. You do not need an account.
This guide covers the complete public experience, from the home page to closing a resolved request.
Start here
The main pages are available from the header and footer:
- Report an issue opens the request form.
- My requests opens the tools for finding one request or securely viewing all requests linked to your email.
- Help Center contains guides and answers for Vultus Help and related sites.
- Status shows current availability, incidents, maintenance, and recent uptime.
- Privacy explains how request data is handled and how to exercise your data rights.
The header also contains search, a light or dark theme control, and a language selector. On a smaller screen, these controls are grouped into the mobile menu.
Read announcements and known issues
Important notices can appear in a bar at the top of the page and in Known issues & updates on the home page. Select the title or notice to open the full announcement. You can dismiss the top bar with its close button.
For live availability, use the service status page. An announcement explains a known event, while the status page shows whether a monitored service is currently operational, degraded, under maintenance, or unavailable.
Search before sending a request
Select Search in the header or use the search box in the Help Center. Search checks published guides and answers. Results open as full articles, with section navigation, related articles, read-aloud controls when available, and an article feedback prompt.
If a guide does not solve the problem, select Contact support at the end of the article.
Send a request
Open Report an issue. The form has three stages: What happened, Details, and Contact & send. Your progress is saved in the browser while you work, so an accidental refresh should not make you start again.
Stage 1: What happened
Choose the category that best matches the request:
- Account issue for sign-in, access, profile, verification, or account security problems.
- Bug / something broken when a feature does not work as expected.
- Report for abuse, harassment, spam, inappropriate content, or a safety concern.
- Complaint when you want a decision, action, conduct issue, or poor experience reviewed.
- Feedback / idea for suggestions, improvements, content ideas, or praise.
- Something else when none of the other categories fit.
Add a short, specific subject and explain what happened. For a technical problem, include the exact error message, what you expected, what happened instead, and anything that makes the problem appear consistently. You can paste, drag, or browse for screenshots and supported files.
Never include a password, verification code, private tracking link, recovery key, or other secret in the form or in an attachment.
Stage 2: Details
The second stage adapts to the category. It may ask for a username, affected page, reproduction steps, report type, date, desired outcome, device, or browser. Complete the required fields and add optional context when it helps the team understand the request.
Choose the related site. Select Not sure / general if the request is not about one specific site. Then choose an honest urgency:
- Low for a minor issue with no time pressure.
- Normal for a standard request.
- High when the issue significantly affects you.
- Critical only when the issue is blocking, actively unsafe, or needs immediate attention.
Urgency helps with triage, but choosing a higher level does not guarantee a faster resolution.
Stage 3: Contact and send
Enter your name and email address. Vultus Help sends the reference, replies, and secure access links to this address. Complete the human verification check, then select Get confirmation code.
A 6-digit code is sent to the address you entered. Enter that code to prove you control the inbox. The request is submitted immediately after the correct code is confirmed. This prevents someone from using another person's email address without access to that inbox.
If the code does not arrive after a minute:
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
- Confirm that the address shown on the form is correct.
- Use Resend code when it becomes available.
- Avoid repeatedly requesting codes, because temporary delivery limits may apply.
Save the result
After submission, the confirmation screen shows:
- A reference code in the form
SH-XXXX-XXXX. - A private tracking link.
- A button to open the request.
- A QR code option for moving the private link to another device.
- The expected first-reply timing.
The same information is sent by email. Keep the tracking link private. Anyone who has the complete link can open the request and reply as the requester. Do not post it in a forum, chat room, screenshot, or public message.
Find one request
Open My requests. The first two tabs find one request:
- Tracking link accepts the complete private link from the confirmation email or confirmation screen.
- Reference + email accepts the reference code and the same email address used when the request was submitted.
The browser may also show Recent requests on this device. This convenience list is saved only in that browser. Clear it before leaving a shared device. A saved entry can stop working if the request was deleted or its saved access information is no longer valid.
If a lookup fails, check for missing characters, spaces, a different email address, or an incomplete link. Copying the full link directly from the email is more reliable than typing it.
View all requests linked to your email
Use the Email link tab when you want a list of every request associated with one email address. Enter the address, complete the security check, and select Email me my requests.
If requests exist for that address, Vultus Help emails a one-time secure link. The email itself does not reveal whether any requests exist. Opening the link proves control of the inbox. Confirm the link on the page to continue to My requests.
The one-time link expires after 15 minutes. Email security services may open the landing page while checking the message, but this does not consume the link. Confirm the link on the page within 15 minutes. If it is invalid, request the newest link. If the issue persists, use Reference + email for one request and report it.
On a private device, Keep me signed in can remember access for the available session period. Do not use that option on a shared or public device. Use Sign out when finished.
Understand a request page
The request page shows the reference, subject, category, urgency, current status, original message, attachments, timestamps, public activity, and the expected reply timing when available.
Common statuses include:
- Received means the request has arrived and is waiting for review.
- Open means the team is working on it.
- Waiting on you means a reply or additional information is needed from you.
- Resolved means the request has been completed.
- Closed means the conversation is no longer active, but replying may reopen it when that option is available.
If requests are combined, the page points to the reference where the conversation continues. Follow that reference rather than replying to the old request.
Reply and add files
Use the reply box on the request page to answer the team. Keep the reply focused on the same issue. Add supported screenshots or files when they provide useful evidence. The activity list distinguishes messages added by you from replies added by the support team.
You may also reply directly to a request email when the message says replies are accepted. Keep the original email headers and subject intact so the response can be matched to the correct request. Do not forward the request email to another person and ask them to reply, because the email contains private access information.
If you need help with a different problem, open a new request instead of mixing unrelated topics into one conversation.
Notifications and updates
Email updates are enabled for requests that use an email address. On the request page, you can turn email updates for that request off or on. When supported by your browser, you can also enable browser notifications for a reply. Browser notifications are specific to that device.
Status notifications are separate from request notifications. Use the subscription form on the status page to receive incident and maintenance updates. Every status email includes an unsubscribe option.
Close, reopen, and rate a request
When the issue is solved, use This solved my issue - close it if the button is available. If a resolved or automatically closed request accepts replies, adding a relevant reply reopens the conversation.
After resolution, you may be asked to rate the support experience. Choose a rating and add an optional comment. Transactional emails may also include Helpful and Not helpful controls. Those controls rate that email, not the staff member or the entire request.
Use the service status page
The status page shows the overall state and each monitored site. Select a service to see its uptime, response time, components, incident history, and maintenance history. Use the UTC and Local controls to change how times are displayed.
Status labels mean:
- Operational means the service is working normally.
- Degraded means the service is available but slower or impaired.
- Partial outage means some functions are unavailable.
- Major outage means the service is broadly unavailable.
- Maintenance means planned work is in progress.
- No data means a reliable recent check is not available.
If a service is already shown as affected, you can still submit a request when your experience adds important details or involves account access, safety, abuse, or data.
Use guides in your language
Select the language control in the header to change the public interface and available guide translations. Vultus Help supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Greek, and Turkish.
Some articles offer Listen, pause, resume, speed, and stop controls. Audio is generated from the published guide text. Images can be selected to open a larger view, and section links can be copied for sharing a specific answer.
Download or delete your request data
Open My requests through a valid secure email link. In Your data & privacy you can:
- Download my data to receive a JSON file containing requests linked to that verified email, their public updates, and attached file names.
- Request data deletion to ask the team to remove data linked to that verified email. A team member reviews the request before action is taken.
Keep the downloaded file private. It may contain messages and other personal information you previously submitted.
Shared devices and privacy
On a shared computer or phone:
- Do not select Keep me signed in.
- Sign out of My requests when finished.
- Clear Recent requests on this device.
- Close private request tabs.
- Do not let the browser save tracking links in shared bookmarks or history when that would expose them.
- Remove downloaded exports and attachments from the device.
Accessibility and mobile use
Vultus Help works on phones, tablets, and computers. Forms, navigation, dialogs, and guide controls can be used with a keyboard. The interface supports browser zoom, light and dark themes, descriptive labels, and reduced-motion preferences.
If any control is difficult to use with assistive technology, submit an accessibility request and describe the page, device, browser, and assistive technology involved.
When something goes wrong
Try these steps before sending the same action repeatedly:
- Reload the page once.
- Confirm that your internet connection is working.
- Check the status page.
- Confirm that the email, reference, code, or private link is complete.
- Try a current version of another browser or a private browsing window.
- Disable only the browser extension that appears to block the form, then retry.
- Capture the exact error and the time it occurred.
- Open a request with those details if the problem continues.
