ToZ Rituals user guide

ToZ Rituals is the official home of the Rituals of the Gods from the Temple of Zeus. You can browse over 100 rituals, follow any of them step by step on screen, and see which rituals the community is currently performing. This guide explains how.

Getting around

The home page

This is the first page you see. Scroll down to browse the rituals, or continue to reach the schedule.

The menu

The bar at the top appears on every page. Use it to reach the rituals, the schedule, the About page, the Guide, or to search.

Finding a ritual

On the home page, scroll to Rituals. Select a category - Gods, Heroes, Blessings and others - then select a ritual to open it.

Searching

To find a ritual quickly, enter the name of a God, or any word from a ritual, in the search box at the top of the page.

Raising your energies

It is advised to raise your energy before performing a ritual. The site provides a short guided meditation for this.

1. Open a ritual and select Instructions near the top.
2. Select the "Raising your energies" link within the instructions.
3. Follow the meditation shown in the dialog:
   • Vibrate VUUUUU into your solar (solar-plexus) centre - six times
   • Vibrate VAAAHHHH into your heart - six times
   • Vibrate VOOOHHHHH into your brow - six times
4. Select Done and continue with the ritual.

If you raise too much energy. Should you feel uncomfortable with excess energy after the ritual, ask your Guardian Demon, or the God you have worked with, to take it. The dialog also links to a fuller energy meditation.

Performing a ritual

Follow the page from top to bottom; it is arranged in the order the ritual is performed.

1. Open the ritual from the catalog, from search, or from the schedule.
2. Read the Instructions at the top to understand the ritual's purpose.
3. Raise your energies, following the steps above.
4. Vibrate the words. Each Vibrate step lists the words to chant and how many times (for example, x10). Select the speaker icon to hear the correct pronunciation.
5. Recite the prayer. Each Affirm step is a prayer to speak aloud while focusing on the God's symbol (the sigil).
6. Close the ritual with the Hail at the end, then sit quietly and meditate on the sigil for a few minutes.

Viewing the schedule

The schedule shows which rituals the community is currently performing and when ritual leaders are holding live sessions.

1. Select Schedule in the top menu, or scroll to the foot of the home page.
2. Review the current dates and the God whose ritual is in progress. The ritual for the present day is marked Active.
3. Select Open Ritual Page on a card to go directly to that ritual.
4. Scroll down for the live leader sessions. Times are shown in your local timezone, and you can switch between 12- and 24-hour format.

Adjusting the display

On any ritual page, select the three-dot button in the lower-right corner to open Settings:

• Difficulty sets how many times each word is vibrated. Beginner is the shortest, and is suitable for those new to the practice.
• Text size and spacing make the ritual easier to read.
• Download saves the ritual as a PDF to keep or print.

Terms you will encounter

• Vibrate - to chant a name or word aloud, allowing the sound to resonate.
• Word of Power / Mantra - a sacred name that is vibrated.
• Affirm - to recite a prayer with intent.
• Sigil - the symbol of a God, used as a focus during the ritual.
• Hail - a short line of praise that closes the ritual.
