Note: The screenshots and interface shown in this guide may differ from what you see, as the application is actively developed and the UI may change with new features or fixes.
Step 1: Navigate to the login page
From the home page, open the sidebar by clicking the hamburger menu (≡) in the search bar at the top of the main content area, then click the Log-in to Astro button in the bottom-left of the sidebar.
Step 2: Access the Forgot Password page
On the Log-in to Apollo's Astrology page, click the Forgot password? link inside the login form.
Step 3: Request a reset link
On the Reset Your Password page, enter your account email address and click Send Reset Link. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Click Back to Login if you remembered your password and want to return to the login page.
Step 4: Open the reset email
Check your inbox for an email from Apollo's Astrology. Click the Reset Password button inside the email to proceed.
This link expires in 60 minutes. If it expires, repeat Steps 1-2 to request a new one. If you did not request a password reset, no action is required.
Step 5: Set your new password
On the Set New Password page, fill in:
- E-mail - your account email address
- New Password - your new password (must be at least 12 characters and include letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Confirm New Password - re-enter the new password
Click the Reset Password button to confirm. You will then be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new credentials.
