Detailed answers about Vultus Help and the connected Temple of Zeus sites. Use the section links to move directly to your site or situation. For a complete walkthrough of support requests, read the Vultus Help complete user guide.
Getting started
What is Vultus Help?
It is the support hub for related Temple of Zeus sites and platforms. You can report issues, ask for help, report a safety concern, make a complaint, share feedback, follow replies, read guides, and check service status.
Do I need an account?
No. A request is accessed with its private tracking link, its reference code and email, or a one-time secure link emailed to the request owner.
What can I contact the team about?
You can ask for account help, report a broken feature, report a user or content, request review of a decision or poor experience, share feedback, or ask about something else. Choose the related site when possible so the request reaches the right context.
Which request category should I choose?
Choose Account issue for login, access, verification, profile, or account-security problems. Choose Bug / something broken for a feature that does not work correctly. Choose Report for abuse, harassment, spam, inappropriate content, or a safety concern. Choose Complaint when you want a decision, staff action, conduct issue, or poor experience reviewed. Choose Feedback / idea for a suggestion or improvement. Choose Something else only when none of those fit.
What is the difference between a Report and a Complaint?
A Report asks the team to investigate a user, message, post, image, profile, page, behaviour, spam, abuse, inappropriate content, or safety concern. A Complaint asks the team to review a decision, staff conduct, moderation action, service experience, or how a previous matter was handled.
How do I report content that should not be on one of the websites or services?
Open a request, select the website or service where the content appears, choose Report, then choose Inappropriate content as the report type. Identify the page, post, message, image, file, profile, or other content and include its direct link when available. Add a screenshot only when it is safe and necessary. Do not repost harmful material publicly.
How do I report a user or harmful behaviour?
Choose Report, select the most accurate type such as Abuse or harassment, Spam, or Safety concern, and identify the user and behaviour. Include dates, room or thread names, direct links, and a concise description of what happened. Do not include unrelated private conversations or secrets.
What if I am reporting both a user and their content?
Use one Report request when the user and content belong to the same incident. Identify both the account and the relevant content, then explain how they are connected. Open separate requests when the incidents are unrelated.
What if I do not know which site to choose?
Choose Not sure / general when that option is available, or choose the site where you first saw the problem and explain the uncertainty. An imperfect choice does not invalidate the request.
What if the same problem affects several sites?
Choose the site where the problem began or where its impact is greatest. List the other affected sites in the description. Use one request when the failures clearly share one cause, and separate requests when they are unrelated.
Should I use a support request or the service status page?
Use the status page to check whether a service is currently operational, degraded, under maintenance, or unavailable. Open a request when the problem appears specific to you, involves your account, contains useful technical evidence, or concerns safety, abuse, privacy, or content.
Should I search the Help Center first?
Yes, when it is safe to do so. A guide may solve a common problem immediately. For abuse, safety, compromised accounts, or private matters, submit a request without posting sensitive details anywhere public.
Reports, content, and safety
What kinds of material can I report?
You can report abusive or harassing messages, spam, unsafe behaviour, inappropriate content, impersonation, privacy violations, threats, prohibited material, or content that appears to violate the rules of the relevant service.
Where do I report a forum post or private message?
Choose Ancient Forums as the site and Report as the category. Identify whether the material is a thread, reply, profile post, or private conversation. Include a direct link when the forum provides one and explain exactly what staff should review.
Where do I report a Vultus Templorum room message?
Choose Vultus Templorum and Report. Include the room name, the sender's Matrix ID or visible username, the approximate date and time, and the relevant event link or screenshot when available. Do not publish the report in a public room.
How do I report spam or a raid?
Choose Report and then Spam. Identify the account or accounts, the affected site, room, or thread, and the approximate time. If several accounts appear connected, explain the observable connection without guessing who controls them.
How do I report harassment, threats, stalking, or doxing?
Choose Report and select Abuse or harassment or Safety concern, whichever best reflects the immediate issue. Preserve direct evidence, identify where it happened, and explain whether the behaviour is continuing. For an immediate real-world threat, contact the appropriate local emergency service or trusted authority first.
How do I report impersonation?
Choose Report and identify the impersonating account, the person or organization being impersonated, and the pages, messages, or profiles that demonstrate it. Include direct links where possible.
How do I report an account that appears compromised?
If it is your account, choose Account issue and select the security or compromised-account option. If it is another person's account behaving suspiciously, choose Report and describe the observable activity without attempting to access the account.
Can I report something without giving my name?
Yes. Your name is optional for Report and Complaint requests. A working email address is still required so Vultus Help can verify ownership of the request, protect access, and deliver replies.
Will the person I report see my request?
Support requests are not public. Authorized staff can review them. Keep the private tracking link confidential and do not forward request emails. The team may need to investigate the reported material, but the public request page is not shared with the reported person.
What evidence is most useful for a report?
Provide the direct URL or event link, the account name or Matrix ID, the room, thread, or page, the approximate time, and a short explanation of what staff should notice. A screenshot can help when content may disappear, but a direct source link is preferable when available.
What evidence should I avoid sending?
Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery keys, private tracking links, unrelated private conversations, payment information, or personal records that are not needed for the investigation. Redact unrelated people and details from screenshots.
Should I confront the person before reporting them?
No. You do not need to confront someone, repost the material, or place yourself at risk. Preserve the relevant evidence and submit the report privately.
What if the content has already been removed?
You can still report it when the incident matters. Explain that it is no longer visible and provide any safe evidence you already possess, such as the original link, time, account, and a screenshot. Do not recreate or redistribute prohibited material merely to obtain evidence.
What if a report concerns a child or an immediate danger?
Use Critical only for an immediate safety concern. Contact the appropriate emergency service or trusted authority first when someone is in immediate danger. Then submit the relevant information to the support or moderation team when it is safe to do so.
Can I report a factual error or outdated page as inappropriate content?
Use Feedback / idea for an ordinary correction or outdated information. Use Report when the material creates a safety, abuse, privacy, impersonation, or prohibited-content concern.
Complaints and decision reviews
How do I challenge a moderation decision or ban?
Choose Complaint, select A moderation decision or action, and identify the affected account, site, decision, and approximate date. Explain what you believe should be reviewed and the outcome you are requesting.
How do I complain about staff conduct?
Choose Complaint and then How a staff member handled something. Describe the specific interaction, date, site, and conduct you want reviewed. Focus on observable actions and include the related request reference when one exists.
How do I complain about a bad site or service experience?
Choose Complaint and then A site, feature, or service when you want the experience formally reviewed. Choose Bug / something broken instead when the main problem is a reproducible technical failure.
Can a complaint ask for a specific outcome?
Yes. The form asks whether you want an explanation, a decision review, acknowledgement, a change in practice, or simply to place the matter on record. Choose the outcome that most closely reflects what you need.
Should I open a complaint when support has not replied yet?
First continue on the existing request unless the delay itself has become a separate service concern. Keeping the original history together gives staff the context needed to respond. Open a complaint only when you specifically want the handling reviewed.
Can I report another member's behaviour as a complaint?
Use Report when the primary need is investigation or protection. Use Complaint when the primary need is review of how the behaviour or an earlier report was handled.
Will a complaint automatically reverse a decision?
No. A complaint records the requested review and supporting evidence. The outcome depends on the relevant facts, rules, and authorized human review.
Sending a request
Why do I have to confirm my email with a code?
The 6-digit code proves that you control the email address entered in the form. The request is sent only after the correct code is confirmed. This prevents another person from submitting a request under your email address without access to your inbox.
I did not receive the confirmation code. What should I do?
Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders. Confirm the displayed address, wait a minute, and use Resend code when available. If messages from a new sender are delayed by your provider, wait a little longer before trying again.
Can I submit without an email address?
The normal public flow requires an email address so ownership can be confirmed and replies can be delivered.
Is my real name required?
A name is normally requested so staff know how to address you. It is optional when the category is Report or Complaint, which supports sensitive reporting. Email verification is still required.
What if I chose the wrong category?
Continue with the closest option and explain the situation clearly. Staff can correct routing after review. Choosing an imperfect category does not invalidate the request.
Which category should I use for a privacy request?
Choose the category that matches the situation. Use Account issue for account access or security, Report for exposed personal information or a privacy violation by another user, Complaint for how a privacy matter was handled, and Something else for a general data-rights request. If you already have secure access to My requests, use its data download and deletion controls when they match your goal.
Does the form save my progress?
The form saves in-progress information in the browser while you work. An accidental refresh should not require you to start again. Do not rely on browser-saved progress on a shared device, and review every field before requesting the confirmation code.
Should I put several problems in one request?
Use one request for one problem or one connected incident. Separate unrelated bugs, account problems, reports, and complaints so each can be routed, investigated, and resolved clearly.
Can I add information after requesting the email code?
Return to the form and review the visible details before confirming. Use the newest valid code when more than one was requested. After the request is created, add further information as a reply instead of opening a duplicate.
What happens if I submit the same request twice?
The form can warn about a recent similar request. Use the existing request when it covers the same problem. If duplicates are created, staff may merge them so the conversation continues under one reference.
What should I put in the subject?
Use one short sentence that identifies the problem, such as “Password reset email does not arrive” or “Page closes when I upload a file.” Avoid subjects such as “Help” or “Urgent” that do not explain the issue.
What details make a request easier to solve?
Include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, the exact error, when it started, the related page, device and browser, and steps that reproduce it. For reports and complaints, include specific events, dates, links, and the outcome you want.
How should I report a problem that happens only sometimes?
State how often it happens, what was different when it worked, and the approximate times of both successful and failed attempts. Include the device, browser, page, and any pattern you noticed without presenting guesses as facts.
What if I cannot reproduce the problem again?
You can still report it. Say that it happened once, provide the exact time and error, and describe the steps immediately before it. Do not repeat a dangerous, destructive, or privacy-sensitive action solely to reproduce it.
Which urgency should I choose?
Choose Low for minor issues, Normal for standard requests, High for significant impact, and Critical only for blocking or actively unsafe situations. Inflating urgency does not guarantee faster handling.
Can I attach screenshots or files?
Yes. Paste, drop, or browse for a supported file. The form tells you if the type is not supported, the file is too large, or the attachment limit has been reached.
What should I never attach?
Never send passwords, verification codes, recovery keys, private tracking links, payment secrets, or unrelated personal records. Remove secrets visible in screenshots before uploading them.
The human verification check will not complete. What can I do?
Reload once, allow the page's required scripts, and temporarily disable only the extension blocking the check. A VPN, strict privacy filter, network firewall, or outdated browser can interfere. Try another current browser or network if needed.
Why am I being asked not to create a duplicate request?
If the same issue was submitted recently, replying to the existing request keeps the history together and usually gets a clearer response. Choose This is different only when the new request is genuinely separate.
Tracking and My requests
What is the difference between a tracking link and a reference code?
The tracking link is a complete private URL that opens one request. The reference is the shorter SH-XXXX-XXXX identifier. A reference lookup also requires the email used for submission.
What is the difference between one request and My requests?
The Tracking link and Reference + email tabs open one request. The Email link tab sends a one-time secure link that opens a list of all requests linked to the verified email address.
Why does Email me my requests not ask for a second code?
The one-time link is sent to the entered inbox. Opening and confirming that fresh link proves control of the inbox, so a second code would repeat the same ownership check.
Does requesting My requests reveal whether an email has tickets?
No. The page shows the same neutral result either way. Request information is displayed only after a valid secure link is used.
How long does the My requests link last?
The one-time link expires after 15 minutes. Request a new link if it expires, and use the newest email.
Why was a new My requests link instantly invalid?
Email security services may open the landing page while checking the message, but this does not consume the link. Confirm the link on the page within 15 minutes. If it is invalid, request the newest link. If the issue persists, try Reference + email for one request and report the email provider involved.
I lost both my tracking link and reference. What now?
Open My requests, choose Email link, and request a one-time secure link for the email used on the request.
Why can the site not find my reference and email?
Check every character in the reference and use the exact email address entered at submission. Watch for aliases, different domains, copied spaces, and similar characters. The request may also have been deleted.
What are Recent requests on this device?
They are shortcuts saved only in that browser. They are not a complete account history. Clear them on a shared device. A shortcut can stop working if its request or saved access information is no longer available.
Is Keep me signed in safe?
Use it only on a private device you control. It keeps My requests available for the session period. Do not use it on a shared, school, workplace, library, or public device, and sign out when finished.
Replies and request status
Can I reply from the request page?
Yes. Open the request with a valid private method and use the reply box. You can add supported files when they help explain the same issue.
Can I reply by email?
Yes, when the request email says direct replies are accepted. Reply to that message without changing the routing information in its subject or headers. Do not forward the private email to someone else for them to reply.
What does Waiting on you mean?
The team needs information or a decision from you. Open the request, read the latest reply, and answer there. The request may close automatically after a period of inactivity, but a later relevant reply can reopen it when allowed.
What happens if my request is merged?
The page points to the reference where the conversation continues. Follow and reply to that request. The older request no longer accepts replies.
Can I close my own request?
Use This solved my issue - close it when available. If you later need to add relevant information, replying may reopen the conversation.
Can I turn off emails for one request?
Yes. Use the email update control on that request page. You can turn updates back on later while you still have valid access.
What are browser notifications?
They are optional alerts on the device where you enable them. They tell you that a reply is available without placing the reply text in the notification. Browser settings can block or remove permission.
What does the helpful or not helpful control in an email rate?
It rates whether that particular email was useful. A separate satisfaction prompt may appear when a request is resolved.
Status, guides, and announcements
Where can I see whether a site is down?
Open the status page. It shows the overall state, each monitored service, uptime, incidents, and scheduled maintenance.
Can I receive outage notifications?
Yes. Subscribe on the status page. Status subscriptions are separate from request updates, and every status email includes an unsubscribe option.
What if a site looks down but the status page says it is operational?
Check whether the problem occurs on another network or device, then use the community report control for that service when available. Open a Bug / something broken request with the site, time, error code, and screenshot if the status remains inconsistent or the problem affects only part of the service.
What do Works for me and Is down for me mean?
They are community observations for the selected service. They supplement automated monitoring but do not replace it. Report only what you can currently observe from your connection.
Where can I learn from the video guides?
Video guides appear inside the relevant written articles for Vultus Help, Temple of Zeus, Apollo's Astrology, ToZ Rituals, Ancient Forums, Library of Thoth, and Vultus Templorum. Each video includes captions and chapter controls so you can jump to the part you need.
What if the video does not play?
Use the written guide below it, confirm that media playback is allowed in the browser, and try a current browser or another network. If the problem continues, open a Bug / something broken request for Vultus Help and include the guide title and browser.
Can I search using a full question instead of keywords?
Yes. Search can use a natural question such as "How do I report an inappropriate forum post?" Specific site, action, and problem words produce better results than a generic phrase such as "I need help."
What if search results are related but do not answer me?
Open the most relevant article and use its helpfulness control. If the answer is still missing, submit a request and explain what you searched for. Do not force an unrelated guide to fit your situation.
What is the difference between Help Center search and the AI answer?
Help Center search returns published articles that match the question. The AI answer uses published help material to compose a short response and should link back to its sources. Use the source article for the full authoritative instructions.
How do I read a full announcement?
Select its title in the top announcement bar or in Known issues & updates on the home page. The announcement opens on its own page.
Can guides be read aloud?
Some articles include Listen controls for playback, pause, resume, speed, and stop. Availability can depend on the article and current service configuration.
Which languages are supported?
The public interface supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Greek, and Turkish. Use the language control in the header.
Privacy and safety
Who can see my request?
Keep the private tracking link confidential. Anyone with the complete link can open and reply to that request. Authorized support staff can access requests to handle them.
Can I download my data?
Yes. Access My requests through a valid secure email link, then use Download my data. The JSON export contains requests linked to that verified email, their public updates, and attached file names.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes. Use Request data deletion in My requests after secure email access. A team member reviews and actions the request.
Is the export safe to store?
Treat it as private. It can contain messages and personal information you submitted. Store it only on a trusted device and delete copies you no longer need.
What should I do on a shared device?
Do not stay signed in. Clear recent request shortcuts, sign out, close tabs, remove downloaded files, and avoid saving tracking links in shared browser history or bookmarks.
Where can I report an accessibility problem?
Open a feedback request and include the page, browser, device, assistive technology, and the control or content that is difficult to use.
Can I use Vultus Help from a phone or tablet?
Yes. The public pages, request form, tracking tools, guides, status page, and theme and language controls are designed for phones, tablets, and computers.
Can I use the help center with a keyboard or screen reader?
The public interface is designed for keyboard use and descriptive control labels. If a control, focus order, heading, image description, or announcement is not usable with assistive technology, submit an accessibility request with the exact page and setup.

Use the site bar at the top of Temple of Zeus. The Temple logo returns to the home page, while FORUM, HALL OF OSIRIS, RITUALS, and ABOUT open their respective destinations.
How does Temple of Zeus search work?
The site provides AI Search for questions and traditional keyword search for specific words. Enter a question or keyword and press Enter. Traditional search can switch to AI search when it cannot find a direct keyword result.
How do I change the Temple of Zeus theme or reading layout?
Open Site Settings in the top-right area. You can change the dark or light theme, halo color, font size, line height, and page width. These settings apply across the site.
Why is part of the Temple of Zeus home page collapsed?
The main introductory text begins collapsed. Select Read more to reveal it. Other long pages can also use section tabs or an interactive menu to reveal specific sections.
Where are the latest Temple of Zeus updates?
The home page includes a Site Updates area below the rotating quotes. Use it for Temple of Zeus updates, and use the Vultus Help status page for operational availability.
Where is the Temple of Zeus AI Assistant?
The AI Assistant button appears near the lower-right corner on supported inner pages, above the Scroll to Top control. It is not shown on the home page.
What if Temple of Zeus search or the AI Assistant gives no useful answer?
Try a shorter specific question, check the relevant written page, and then open a Feedback / idea request for a missing answer or a Bug / something broken request when the feature fails technically.
Ancient Forums
Do Ancient Forums and Vultus Templorum use the same account?
They use the shared Zevist Portal identity. Use the same email connected to Ancient Forums when activating or signing in to Vultus Templorum.

Can I save a thread without publishing it?
Yes. Use the Draft control in the thread editor. Saved drafts are available from the Drafts area in your Account menu.
How do I follow a subforum or thread?
Use Follow in the subforum or thread controls. A followed area can notify you about new activity, and a thread can also offer email notifications when replies or reactions are added.
Where can I ask something anonymously on the forums?
Ancient Forums includes an Anonymous Questions subforum for members who want to ask a question anonymously. Follow the forum's instructions and rules for that area. A private Vultus Help report remains the correct route for abuse, safety, account, or support matters.
How do I report a forum user, post, reply, or private message?
Open a Vultus Help request, choose Ancient Forums, then choose Report. Identify the user and exact thread, reply, profile post, or conversation and include the direct link or safe screenshot.
Vultus Templorum
What is Vultus Templorum?
Vultus Templorum is the official chat platform for Zevists. It uses the shared Zevist Portal identity connected to Ancient Forums.

Which mobile application should I use?
Use Element Classic as described in the Vultus Templorum sign-in guide. The application can open your phone browser to complete the first-time sign-in process.
Why is my email rejected at sign-in?
Confirm that it exactly matches the email connected to Ancient Forums. Check spelling, aliases, extra spaces, and whether you are using the same shared identity.
Why can a new member not send links or attachments?
New members have limited permissions until they are promoted. They cannot send non-official links, attachments, media, images, videos, or documents, open private messages, or enter rooms for which they are not authorized.
How does moderation work in Vultus Templorum?
The platform uses automated and AI moderation alongside human moderators. Enforcement depends on the violation and history and can include warnings, message removal, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans.
How do I report a room message or member?

Apollo's Astrology
Do I need an account to use Apollo's Astrology?
No. The public tools can be used without an account. An account lets you save chart inputs and use account-based preferences and notifications.
What details are required for a natal chart?
Enter the birth date, exact birth time, and birth location. Accuracy of the result depends on the accuracy of those inputs.
What can I save in Preferences?
Preferences can save birth date and time, language, and location in the browser. These values can prefill chart tools and personalize live information.
What are the main chart and timing tools?
The site includes Natal Chart, Transit Chart, Planetary Returns, Fixed Stars, Current Sky, Planetary Hours, Astrology Calendars, and Retrograde Planets.
How do the chart toolbar controls work?
The toolbar can move the chart backward or forward by a selected time unit, jump to a date and time, save the current date, reset the chart, start a new chart, and download the result.
Can I download my chart?
Yes. Use the Download control on the chart page to save the available chart file. The natal chart also supports PDF export where shown.
Why does Current Sky or Planetary Hours show the wrong location?
Review the location saved in Preferences and refresh the live data. If the displayed location or result remains wrong after correction, open a Bug / something broken request and include the page, input, expected location, and observed result.
How do I report a calculation that appears wrong?
Choose Apollo's Astrology and Bug / something broken. Include the exact input date, time, location, timezone if relevant, tool name, expected result, actual result, and a screenshot. Do not include unrelated personal information.
Where can I learn what chart symbols and concepts mean?

ToZ Translation
Who can use the translation platform?
The platform is for authorized translators and approvers. Sign in at t.templeofzeus.org with the account provided for your work.
How do I choose a page to translate?
Open Projects, choose a Temple of Zeus section, then choose an individual page. Larger sections use pagination controls to show additional pages.
What is the difference between Focus and Preview mode?
Focus mode places each translation block near its English source block. Preview mode mirrors the translated page against the English page so you can review layout and completeness.
Can I save an unfinished translation?
Yes. Use Save to keep the page as a draft and return later. Use Submit for Review only after every block and required formatting are complete.
Why can I not submit a page for review?
Confirm that every text block is translated and that hyperlinks, bold text, italic text, and other required formatting have been applied. The submit control remains unavailable when required work is incomplete.
Can AI translate the page for me?
The Translate with AI control can populate blocks and formatting. Always review every result, correct terminology and formatting, and do not submit an unchecked AI translation.
How do I correct a term the AI repeatedly translates badly?
Open the glossary control, enter the original English term and the correct translation, add any additional terms, then send them to the glossary. Rerun or correct the affected translation as appropriate.
What should an approver check?
Compare every translated block with the English source and check links, emphasis, formatting, terminology, completeness, and page presentation. Fix minor issues before approval or reject the page when substantial rework is needed.
What happens after Approve or Reject?
Approve publishes the page and removes it from the review queue. Reject returns it for correction and resubmission. A rejected page can be revised and submitted again.
Library of Thoth
Do I need an account to use Library of Thoth?
No. The public catalog and preserved works can be browsed, read, and downloaded without an account.

Use the home-page search box and enter a title, author, topic, or keyword. Search covers sermons, articles, and other materials.
How do I browse the complete catalog?

How do I filter or reorder the catalog?
Open Customize and choose sorting, order, grouping, type, category, year, author, or first letter. Filters can be combined. Select Reset to clear them.
What is the difference between Open, Read, Download, and Source?
Open shows the work's detail page. Read opens the document on screen. Download saves its PDF. Source opens the original Ancient Forums thread where the work was published.
How do I verify where a Library work came from?
Use Source on the catalog or item page. It opens the original Ancient Forums publication and its discussion when available.
What if I cannot find a work?
Clear active filters, search by title, author, topic, and alternate keywords, and browse the relevant category. If it is still missing, open a Vultus Help request for Library of Thoth and explain what you expected to find.
How do I report an incorrect, broken, or concerning Library item?
Choose Library of Thoth. Use Bug / something broken for a failed reader, download, link, or filter. Use Feedback / idea for an ordinary catalog correction. Use Report for inappropriate content, privacy, impersonation, or safety concerns.
Hall of Osiris, Vultem, and other services
What if there is no detailed guide for my site yet?
Choose the site in the request form and select the category that matches the outcome you need. Include the page, action, expected result, actual result, and any safe evidence. The absence of a detailed guide does not prevent support.
How do I report a Hall of Osiris or Vultem problem?
Choose Hall of Osiris or Vultem as the related site. Use Account issue, Bug / something broken, Report, Complaint, or Feedback / idea according to the situation. Use Not sure / general only when the affected service cannot be identified.
What if my site is not listed?
Choose Not sure / general or Something else and name the site or service in the subject and description. Include the exact URL so staff can route the request correctly.
I still need help. What should I do?
Submit a request and choose the closest category and related site. Include the exact error and what you already tried.
